30-Day Refund Guarantee
Customers may request a refund within 30 days after receiving their order.
To qualify, products must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In original packaging
- Complete with all accessories
- In resalable condition
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Used products
- Installed accessories
- Customized products
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged by misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the package
We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected:
- Refunds are approved within 5–10 business days
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
